Court notice to Centre in Justice Nirmal Yadav case

Chandigarh: The Punjab & Haryana High Court on Friday asked the Centre to file an affidavit on whether any opinion was formulated on the issue of declining sanction to prosecute former Punjab and Haryana High Court judge Nirmal Yadav in the bribery case against her.
