HC’s interim relief to UT on revised conversion fees

In a significant development and reprieve for Chandigarh Administration, a division bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court today stayed an order of the Single Bench that had struck down the revised charges envisaged by the Administration for conversion of industrial plots to that of commercial.
