No OBC certificate with HPSSB applications: HC

Granting a major relief to unemployed youths belonging to the OBC category, the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday directed the Himachal Pradesh Services Selection Board (HPSSB) not to insist on OBC or non-creamy layer certificate from the candidates except during the interviews.
