IPS officer declared proclaimed offender

Perhaps in first-ever action, a court at Kullu today issued warrants of arrest against a serving IPS officer K K Indoria and accepted the request of Himachal Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau to declare him a proclaimed offender and help in affecting his arrest in the FIR registered against him.
